"It's difficult to overstate how grateful we are for your help in the immediate weeks after Benjamin Reid's death. The kindness you showed us was more than simply helpful; it allowed us to keep moving forward at a time when it would have been easy to be immobilised by grief. It also allowed Benjamin to be looked after and treated with respect until we could see him at the chapel of rest. For that, our gratitude to you is immeasurable. Your guidance was practical but you explained it to us in a sensitive manner that enabled us to understand what was required at each stage of our journey, and Benjamin's journey as well.
